This heavy-duty boot features durable synthetic construction that provides minimal water absorption, a cuff that provides maximum ankle support, shock-cord speed lacing, rubber toe and heel guard and Goodyear welt. I personally have a number of these boxes that have seen 10 seasons or more and still going strong. I will attest that Lower Forty Fly Boxes are virtually indestructible. Manufactured in the United States, LFO boxes feature full-length brass hinge pins, easy-to-use latch, snap together feet and nubby tack base. Unlike standard flat foam or ripple foam, nubby tack never needs to be replaced and holds hooks securely, even under duress.
