Lower Forty Schoolie School

The Lower Forty "Schoolie School" will dispel any preconceived notions regarding the many myths surrounding saltwater fly fishing. The school is designed to expose the intermediate to advanced fresh water angler to the many opportunities our coastal fishery offers. During your two day stay you will wade coastal estuaries, marshes and barrier beaches frequented by school stripers as well as the occasional early season bluefish. This spring fishing more often than not provides fast and furious action with fish averaging two to eight pounds.

The Hunters Green of West Yarmouth, a 74-unit luxury motel, offering guests two large double beds, cable TV, air conditioning, refrigerators, indoor pool and whirlpool will be the base of operation during your stay. In the event that you currently do not possess an outfit geared to saltwater fly fishing, the Sage Rod Company, our tackle sponsor, will provide all the latest equipment necessary to tackle these worthy game fish.

SCHOOLIE SCHOOL FISHING SCHEDULE

Sessions are held rain or shine. The cost includes lodging, guides, the use of Sage equipment, flies and terminal tackle. Package price does not include food and transportation.
